Terms and contitions
These terms and conditions are valid for the usage of conference-, banquet and function rooms of the Hotel Paradies for the implementation of events as well as for all other benefits and supplies of the hotel in conjunction with the event.
There are specific terms and conditions for room reservatiosns.
- The terms and conditions of the organiser can only be applied if there is a written arrangement.
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
- For events where all or a certain number of participants will be catered we need a definite number of persons who will eat at the latest three days prior to the event for organisational reasons. This figure is our guaranteed number of participants and will be charged - additional persons will be charged additionally.
- Drinks will be charged due to the actual consumption - if there is no other agreement.
- The bringing along of food is generally prohibited the bringing along of drinks has is possible with a special permit by the hotel management where eventual charges have to be mentioned.
CONFERENCE - AND FUNCTION ROOMS
- Reserved rooms are at the disposal of the organiser for the hours mentioned in the written confirmation - a prolongation (in case that the room is available) needs to be permitted by the hotel management and will be charged separately.
- Interchangements of function rooms
The right to make room changements is reserved to the hotel - always in consideration with the reasonability for the clients.
- To avoid damages on the walls and the surfaces all efforts to attach decoration and other items have to be accorded with the hotel.
- All show room items, decoration and other brought along documents have to be removed after the event - if the organiser does not observe this rules the hotel has the right to either remove, store or ship the items to the organiser at his costs.
- Brought along packing and wrappings have to be disposed - if the organiser does not observe this rule the hotel has the right to organise the disposal at the cost of the client.
- The host is liable for losses and damages caused by employees of his company or participants of his event.
- Brought along items or equipment is not insured by the hotel.
- If the host brings along technical equipment or other items wich have to connected to the main supply this can just be done with the permit of the hotel management - cost for the supply will be charged by the hotel.
- If there are extreme increases in the number of participants the host is in need of a written arrangement of the hotel management - otherwise he is not permitted to hild his event.
- All necessary official approvals have to be organised by the host and are at his costs.
Announcements in newspapers, invitations for job interviews or sale arrangements need to have a written permission by the hotel management - if these announcements are done without permission the hotel has the right to withdraw from the contract.
PRICES / TERMS OF PAYMENT

All our prices include fees and taxes and service. For detailed information see our recent price list! Bills are to be paid without any discounts within 10 days of accounting.

Bin case of late payments we charge interests at a height of 10% p.a. cash discount deductions are illegitimate.

The host is liable for the payment of cost which may accrue on behalf of the event caused by either the host of the participants as well as for cost on third hand liability.

If the orderer is not the host - both parties are liable for the obligation arising from the contract.

The hotel has the right to demand a prepayment due to the conditions mentioned in the contract. If these prepayments is not done in time and extension the hotel has the right to withdraw from the contract.

In case that the period between the signing of the contract and the event is more than 120 days the hotel has the right to raise the rates up to 15%.
CANCELLATION POLICA

Conventions and other events:
Cancellations free of charge can be done at the latest 21 days prior to the event and have to be in written form.
For concellations later then that we will charge 80% of the expected consumption of food and beverages - cost for location will be charged fully.
For contracts signed later than 21 days in prior to the event these conditions are valid immediately.

The hotel has the right to withdraw from the contract if force majeure does not allow the satisfy the contract or if the event endangers the regular business operations, the security or the reputation of the hotel.

Hotel (overnight stays):
Cancellation up to 3 days prior to the arrival: 10% of the terms offered
Cancellation less than 3 days prior to the arrival: 50% of the terms offered
Cancellation on day of arrival: full amount No show full amount
